MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Monica Munoz has been practicing general dentistry for 21 years in Southern California and is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  She is a local resident of the San Gabriel Valley and attended Pasadena City College and the University of Southern California.She regularly attends continuing education classes as related to dentistry and keeps ahead of the latest trends.

Dr Munoz's past dental career has included working in Public Health, providing clinical dentistry for  the underprivilaged and medically compromised patients.  She has volunteered many years at the Los Angeles Free Clinic in Los Angeles, California, providing free services to patients in need.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society and the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. She has been nominated by her peers for the 2011, 2013 - 2015  top dentists in the San Gabriel Valley.  She remains active in her local dental society as the Allied Dental Health Committee Chair to provide scholarships to young dental professionals.

Dr Munoz's philosophy and approach to dentistry is providing dental care that will keep patients in optimal oral health, which includes educating patients about their needs, reviewing various options of treatment and providing open communication between herself and her patients.
